What is your refund policy?

We accept all products back unopened and will credit your account 100% less the shipping charge within 30 days of shipment. If any products are opened there will be a restocking charge of up to 15%.

How do I return a product?

Send an email to us at Sales@HomeCasinoGames.com and we will promptly reply with the proper return information and supply you with an RA number.
Items carry a warranty of 30 days for manufacturer deffects and may not be returned after 30 days from shipment date.
You must have an RA number before you return your item to us. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
